My journey in this industry has been transformative, fueled by my passion and creativity. I’ve honed my skills in various methodologies and frameworks, gamification strategies, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and mentorship.
Currently, I hold the position of Chief Innovation Officer and Vice President of Portfolio Management at a leading XR startup accelerator firm. My responsibilities span Global Business Plan Modeling, Pitch Deck creation, Intellectual Property management, Internal Product Management and Development, Team Management, and Strategic and Technical Planning.
I manage the quality of deal flow, startup evaluations, technical due diligence, and synergy identification. I also oversee the automation of application processes, database management, and tracking of OKRs and KPIs. In addition, I take pride in mentoring, incubating, accelerating, and supporting XR and gaming startups, as well as the XR talent community.
A decade ago, I embarked on an entrepreneurial journey and founded two successful B2B service-based firms. We successfully delivered 137 projects across various AR, VR applications, and Games.
Prior to that, I served as a technical instructor in 3D animation, VFX, Game Art, and Game Engine. At the onset of my career, I worked as a 3D character animator for animation, VFX, and gaming studios. This diverse experience has shaped me into the professional I am today.
